Yoga is for anyone wanting to become more aware of who they are. It is a process that facilitates balance and health, and ultimately unfolds our unrealized potential. All classes offered at Panda Marie are beginner courses. You do not need to be flexible or athletic to participate, you simply need to come with an open mind.
